Samsung Sliding PC 7 series with Windows 7

Samsung Sliding PC 7 Series features are its sliding keyboard with touchpad for easy typing, there is an option of a 32GB or 64GB mSATA SSD, WiFi 802.11b/g/n connectivity, optional 3G connectivity, 4-in-1 memory card reader and 2GB of DDR2 Memory. Samsung has unveiled its new 7 Series Hybrid Sliding Tablet/Laptop onto the market. The 7 Series is Samsung's first sliding tablet PC that is powered by the Intel 1.66GHz Atom Oak Trail processor.

The Samsung 7 Series is a strange mix between a tablet and a laptop, or notebook. Designed to function primarily as a tablet, but featuring a slide-out hardware keyboard, it’s meant for those who want the tablet experience, but also need a hardware keyboard handy at all times.


Summary: At Microsoft's keynote conference last night, we got a first look at the Samsung 7 series sliding PC with Windows 7, and features WiFi and 3G connectivity. There’s Bluetooth, and the device will support Samsung App integration.

It comes with a 10.1-inch multitouch LCD display with a 1366×768 pixel resolution, it also comes with other specifications including a 340-nit brightness, it weighs approximately 2.2 pounds and measures 10.47 x 6.88 x 0.78 inch. Samsung at its CES appearance showed two new computers that both gun after Apple.

Axioo Products will Appear at CES

CES - Soon exhibition Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2011 will be held in Las Vegas, USA, 6-9 January 2011. Interesting in the event this time because one of the local computer manufacturers from Indonesia, Axioo, will also graced this grand exhibition.

That said David Kartono, VP Product Development & International Sales at Axioo recently introduced Axioo Picopad, the MID (mobile Internet devices) based on Android. He said the latest Axioo products will also be on display at CES as carrying the latest processor technology that will be launched at the same time.

However, he is still reluctant to reveal the product in question. According to him, his party will officially announce it at the time of launch will be based on agreements with partners.
According to Budi Wahyu Jati, Corporate Director, Axioo International Division, product development is now done by the internal design team. Axioo seeks to create products according to the Indonesian market needs and using latest technology. Prices are affordable even to be one measure of product development for consumer easily absorbed.

The Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2011) is already a world-known event where new products and concepts from the IT&C world are featured, an event that succeeds in reuniting global markets and in bringing industries and innovations from the consumer electronics area. The next edition of the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) will start on January 6 and will last until January 9 2011.
